You were clear about what you're building: a body of content you own, independent of any firm, that puts you in front of the people who actually make the call when a company is on the line. Not mass audience. The right audience. Boards, CEOs, and the people who whisper in their ears.
This proposal covers everything we discussed: full production where you show up and host and we do literally everything else, plus guaranteed growth on both your podcast and your YouTube channel. Guest bookings on other shows come later, once you've got your reps in and a catalog behind you. That was your instinct and it's the right one.

$3,400/month, two formats, up to 10 episodes a month
Our standard production package is $2,800 a month for 4 episodes. Yours is custom: $3,400 for up to 10. You do the math, you're the numbers guy. We built it this way because you told us the best content happens when something just happened: you walk out of a meeting with a take, something in the market pisses you off, and you have three minutes of exactly what boards need to hear. So instead of forcing you into a weekly interview grind, your package runs on two tracks.
The relationship builders. Interview the people you want in your corner, and we handle everything:
Two a week if you've got that much to say. Something breaks, you hit record on your lapel mic, you send us the file. We handle:
No minimums on the solos. Record when you have something to say, skip it when you don't. And every solo is a rep: two a week on camera is exactly how you get sharper on screen than the guys already sitting on Bloomberg. Every episode, both formats, is built from a voice profile we create from everything you've written and said, refreshed as you go, so it all sounds like you and not like a content mill. Nothing ships until you approve it.
$4,500/month. IAB certified numbers mean they're real and independently verifiable, not inflated figures from a dashboard nobody audits. If we miss your guaranteed minimums, we pause billing until we catch up. Not a refund fight. We just don't charge you while we're behind.
15,000–50,000 per month, guaranteed. IAB certified.
300–700 new subscribers per month, guaranteed.
Monthly posting service, free with your 12-month commitment
Your 15-second trailer ad, produced by us, runs on premium publishers including Bloomberg, Forbes, and The New York Times, with a publisher data report showing the actual named list of sites where your trailer ran.
Say yes to 12 months and we take posting off the invoice entirely. Full posting service is $500/month, and we schedule and publish every clip, caption, graphic, and post across your channels. Commit for the year and it's free. That's $500 a month back in your pocket, $6,000 over the contract, and the answer to "who's going to post all this" is: not you.
One thing to know about this pricing: it's built as a system, because that's how it works. The episodes feed the channel, the growth feeds the audience, the audience feeds the relationships. The custom episode format and the posting bonus exist because the pieces compound together over 12 months. Production on its own is available anytime at our standard published rate, $2,800/month for 4 episodes, but this configuration only comes as the full program.
By month three you have a couple dozen episodes published, over a hundred clips in circulation, a growing subscriber base you can name, and enough reps behind the camera that the version of you on screen is the version that walks into boardrooms. Then we talk about phase two: getting you booked on other people's shows, where we have 900+ host relationships waiting.
